This service we deliver is a variation on our typical Design and Build service. With this approach, DaovTech as Constructor inherits from the Client a design prepared to concept, or at scheme design stage.
DaovTech is then engaged on the project to take on scheme for ‘finishing off’ the design and construction. In most cases the design and construction progress concurrently.
As appropriate, DaovTech may re-employ the original designers to complete the design.
