Ahafo Roads Project
As part of the environmental permitting requirements for the Ahafo Mine, NGGL is required to provide an improved transport link between the main Asutifi District towns of Kenyasi and Ntotroso. NGGL has examined various options, including upgrading the existing Ntotroso-Kenyasi (N-K) Road, and building a new road section to bypass the active mining areas (Subika Bypass Road (SBR), as well as Ntotroso Bypass Road (NBR). This road improvement shall be designed to meet Ghana Highway requirements.
Daov Tech Design Group was commissioned to undertake the project.
